Complete the FedLine Solutions Assurance Program by December 31

As the electronic payments environment continues to evolve, the Federal Reserve Banks have continued to deliver innovative product offerings for organizations of all sizes. FedLine Solutions offer flexible and convenient options for payment clearing and information services, ranging from simple, low-cost email delivery to secure network access for critical transactions to sophisticated, direct connections for unattended processing.

Institutions and service providers that use FedLine Solutions must complete the FedLine Solutions Security and Resiliency Assurance Program (Assurance Program) by December 31, 2026. The Assurance Program requires an annual self-assessment and attestation of an organization’s compliance with the FedLine Security Requirements (as outlined in Operating Circular 5). An internal assessment also helps to identify and remediate connection vulnerabilities within your environment.

Attestation materials will be distributed no later than March 31 via Assurance Program email to all End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs) at impacted organizations.
