Our new chapter of infinite possibilities begins! Our merger with ATMIA is complete as of April 1, 2026.

The combined organization represents more than 1,600 member institutions in 50 U.S. states and 65 countries, reinforcing its position as a unified voice across the payments and self-service ecosystem.

ATMIA will operate as a division of ePayResources. Jeff Foote will remain President and CEO of ePayResources. Lonnie C. Talbert will serve as Chief Industry Executive, ePayResources, and President, ATMIA.

We are incredibly proud of what both associations have accomplished independently, and we are equally excited by what we can achieve together!
