This two-day, intermediate level Boot Camp addresses the heightened regulatory concerns in our rapidly changing payments environment. During this compliance-based seminar that focuses on risk mitigation, we explore new ACH Rules and outline the steps to implement these changes successfully. In addition, a focused discussion of ACH Origination will provide you with the vital information needed to formulate a strategy to effectively implement and grow your ACH Origination service, while avoiding costly common mistakes. This session also examines an RDFI's liability for all post-death Federal benefit payments it receives on behalf of a beneficiary, now deceased or legally incapacitated. Although the RDFI may take deliberate steps to limit its liability, it will always bear some liability for a federal government benefit reclamation. It's imperative to understand this liability to limit potential losses. Two or more years of ACH experience is recommended for this course.
